• Does Booth Boss® allow exhibitors to sign contracts online?
  • Yes. Exhibitors can sign contracts online after they select their booths and click the checkout button.
• Can exhibitors select and purchase multiple booths through my Booth Boss® floor plan?
  • Yes. Exhibitors can easily register for as many booths as they choose by clicking on the desired booths and proceeding to check out.
• Can I create booths using Booth Boss® and then implement them into my floor plan?

• Can I manage my floor plan and exhibitors online?

• Is Booth Boss® secure?

• Can I create custom booths by square footage?

• Are booths created and implemented in Booth Boss® to scale?

• Can I change the colors of booths?

• Can I put booths on hold?
  • Yes. There is a manual registration tab that allows you to put booths on hold, take booths off of hold and completely register booths.
• Does Booth Boss® allow me to accept or deny booth requests?
  • Yes. Once an application is submitted online, an email is sent to you that will prompt you to either accept or deny the booth(s) requested.
• Can show attendees search exhibitors through Booth Boss®?
  • Yes. There is a search feature that allows attendees to search for exhibitors and their location.
• Does Booth Boss® send emails to exhibitors once they register for a booth? Can this email be customized at my request?
  • Yes. An email can be sent to exhibitors reminding them that they have registered for a booth. This email can be completely customized.
• Can Booth Boss® handle floor plans with multiple levels/floors?

  • Yes. They can be tailored to each individual trade show, just let us know the information you want, and we will make it happen.

• I run multiple shows. How many shows will Booth Boss® allow me to manage at once?

• Does Booth Boss® allow for manual registrations? My exhibitors like to Call and chat with me every year before registering, and they usually will just ask to register over the phone.

• Can I import/export exhibitor data from Booth Boss®?

• Once I get started using Booth Boss®, will I ever receive any upgrades or new features?
  • Yes. Booth Boss® has the ability to immediately upgrade every floor plan when new features are implemented to the software. All new features and updates are free of charge!
• Will you provide my employees with training on how to use Booth Boss®?
  • Yes. Our training sessions typically last 30 minutes, after completion we guarantee that you will be able use Booth Boss® to its full potential.
• I am interested in Booth Boss®, but would like to meet in person before committing. Do you meet with clients?

• What if two people attempt to purchase a booth at the same time?
  • There is a protective feature built in the software that safeguards each booth down to the millisecond.
• If I deny an exhibitors booth request, will the booth become available again right away?
  • Yes. Everything in the Booth Boss® system is done in real time, as soon as the booth is denied, it will be available on the floor plan.
• Can I delete booths?
  • Booth Boss® has an incredible booth management system which allows you to delete booths in a matter of seconds.
• Can I re-arrange booths in real time during my show?
  • You have the capability to re-arrange booths, combine booths, delete booths and even completely restructure your floor plan if it is necessary, all by following a few simple steps.
• Can my floor plan be displayed live on a computer at my show?
  • Yes, we actually suggest that you have a computer set up designated for exhibitors to re-book their booths. We find that this dramatically increases booth retention.
• Can my floor plan be designed with additional aesthetics to represent our logo/branding?
  • We can easily add any logos and/or brands to your floor plan free of charge!
• I am a tradeshow administrator. Do you provide any print material for quick help references? (A guidebook)

• Will you contact our venue and retrieve floor plans if we are a new/startup show?
  • Yes. We will contact any venue, anywhere and make sure that your floor plan is completely taken care of.
• How do we get floor plans sent over to our account manager?
  • You may send over your floor plan whichever way you are most comfortable, The common practices are fax, email, or mail.
• Will my account manager help me setup booths?
  • Yes. Your account manager will be there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is available to any and all booth implementation.
• If there is a feature I really need that Booth Boss® currently does not support, can you add it for me?
  • Booth Boss® was created to be flexible, as every trade show is different. Chances are, if there is a feature you would like added to the software, we will be able to add it free of charge.
• Can I setup re-occurring payments for my larger exhibitors?
  • Yes, you have the full capability to customize your payment schedules.
• Can Booth Boss® accept deposits? Will exhibitors be notified when remainder of payment is due?
  • Deposits can be accepted, and you can customize your email reminders to notify exhibitors of payments due.
• Can exhibitors select additional options during their registration process? (Add more chairs, tables etc.)
  • Yes. The registration process can be customized so that you have the option of additional chairs, tables and whatever else you desire.
